He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfonso Grazioplene and Jane Grazioplene Van (Olkucki); his stepfather Floyd Van Buskirk; his daughter Julie Hahn; and his brothers, Gerry and Robert Grazioplene (Anne).

He is survived by: his wife Mary "Mickey" Grazioplene (Tenebruso); his children, Roger Grazioplene Jr. (Martha) and Bianca Grazioplene; his grandchildren, Maria, Porshe and Mercedes; his great grandchild Lucah; his sister Joyce Acitelli (Joseph); and his sister-in-law Jeanette Grazioplene. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

New York State requires those in attendance to adhere to the social distancing guidelines and face coverings are mandatory.
