She was predeceased by: her husband William John Pickert; her parents, Charles E. Kellogg and Emily A. Schlagenhauf Kellogg; and her brother Charles L. Kellogg. She is survived by: her children, Cindy L. Stevens of Rochester, Claudia Nigro (Jim) of Batavia and W. Scott Pickert (Laurie) of Batavia; her sisters, Shirley McCowan of Lockport and Joan Oliverio of Batavia; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Kellogg of Batavia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grace Baptist Church (238 Vine St, Batavia, NY 14020). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ruth's memory may be made to the Friends of The Richmond Memorial Library, 19 Ross Street, Batavia, New York 14020.
