Though Walter may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Walter leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Weaver and Doris Burger Weaver; and his siblings, Robert Weaver and Ruth VanDorn. He is survived by: his siblings, Francis Weaver of Batavia and Diane Nicholas of Batavia; and his close friend Mark Grabowski of Batavia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the H. E. Turner & Co. (403 E Main St, Batavia, NY 14020). A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Mumford Rural Cemetery.
