He was predeceased by: his parents, John Peirick and Mary Margaret Peirick (Marzolf). He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Peirick (Mikolajczyk); his children, Maryssa Peirick and Emma Bhat (Aneesh); and his brothers, Gerald Peirick (Beverly) and Alan Peirick. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
