He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Budenhagen and Helen Budenhagen (Evans); his sister Suzanne Budenhagen D'Alba; his stepdaughter Taryn Zigrossi Hilleges; and his siblings-in-law, Charlie and Joan Mouquin.
He is survived by: his wife Chloe; his children, Mark, Troy (Jennifer) of Matthews, Tracey Pritt (Kenny) of Albion, Lorri and Jim Vagg of Kent; his grandchildren, Corey Daniels (Tiffany), Justine Daniels, Matthew Snyder (Abby), Megan Snyder (Justice), Chase Budenhagen, Amanda Wishon (Kris) and Emily Budenhagen (Ben); his great grandchildren, Olivia, Wyatt, Ruby and Lettie; his sister Barbara Meier; his brother-in-law Ron D'Alba; his nephews, Scott and Joel; his stepchildren, Bridgette Willis, Daryl Zigrossi Rubino (Brad Daily) and Chip Zigrossi; his stepgrandchildren, Andrew Zigrossi, Christian Rubino and Sophia Rubino; and his pet Charleigh. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
