It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Diane Marie Emerson Diesel (Bath, New York), who passed away on November 24, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Richard James Emerson (Edward Diesel); her sister Barbara Sutton (David); her nephew Timothy Sutton; and her grandfather Harold. She is survived by : her husband Edward John Diesel Jr.; her mother Mary Emerson (Coon) of Bath; her daughters, Jill Marie Terrill (Damin) of Hammondsport, Kristin Michelle Diesel of Chattanooga, Mary Elizabeth Diesel of Seneca Falls and Shauna Swenson (Jeffrey) of Meridian; and her brother David Emerson (Cathy) of Delmar. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Hammondsport Ambulance or Bath Centenary Methodist Church in her memory.
