Mullikin, Sr. and Mildred Mullikin (VanOrman); his wife Lorena Mullikin (Adams); his daughter Debra Warner (Mullikin); his grandson Mark Saltsman; and his siblings, Clayton Mullikin, Ivan "Harvie" Mullikin, Ronald Mullikin, Royce Mullikin, Howard Mullikin, Norman "Dale" Mullikin, Mildred Loucks (Mullikin), Shirley Elliott (Mullikin) and Barbara Hart (Mullikin).
He is survived by : his sons, George Mullikin (Elizabeth) of Redwood, NY and James Mullikin (Anna) of Bath, NY. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
