He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Quackenbush-Clark (Randall) of Hornell and Kristen Quackenbush (Kevin Wilkins) of Hornell; his grandchildren, Jadon Quackenbush of Cape Coral, FL, Gianna Clark of Hornell, Thomas Clark (Sarah) of Fuquay-Varina, NC and James Wilkins of Hornell; his close friend Karen Flaitz of Bath, NY; the mother of his children Kathryn Muhleisen (Noble) of Hornell; and his siblings, Pat Quackenbush (Ann) of Hornell, Ed Quackenbush (Monica Morris) of Nunda, Mary Bossard of Arkport, Fran Martin of Peoria, AZ and Ellie Morey (Tom) of Arkport. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
