He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold L. and Elizabeth L.; his stepmother Beverly Owens; his son Josh Owens; his siblings, Robin Jacobs and William Smith; and his stepbrother David C.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Owens (Hillman); his daughters, Jennifer Owens and Megan Stellino; his stepsons, Kyle Hillman and Dustin Faucett; and his siblings, James Smith (Paula), Catherine Smith and Harold. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
