He was predeceased by: his wife Ellen Ferguson; and his parents, Robert and Beverly Hallett (Phillips). He is survived by: his children, Kristina L. Hallett of Addison, NY, Todd T. Hallett (Yvonne) of Coral Springs and William L. Hallett of Kalispell, Montana.; and his siblings, Richard Hallett (Dale) of Bath, NY and Candace Rayburn (James) of Connecticut.
A proud member of the Addison chapter of the Masonic Lodge, Tom remained active in the organization until his passing, embodying its principles of brotherhood, charity, and truth.
