He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Powley, Sr. and Josephine Powley (Bailey); his sister Peggy Kerr; and his former wife Marilyn Bostic Powley. He is survived by: his wife Connie Powley (Wise); his children, Jennifer Olix (Thomas), William B. Powley and Heather Powley; his stepchildren, Rachel Conover (Daniel), Melinda Smith and Eric Tyner; his grandchildren, Jacob, Quintin Olix, Anthony Powley, Jenna Cunningham (Ben) and Owen Powley; his great grandchild Waylen Powley; and his siblings, Steve Powley (Cathy), Terry Gordon (Dave Gray), Judy Warner (Rex Rogers), Jerry Powley (Tracy), Michael Powley (Dana), Patty Peterson (Eugene) and Mary Klatte (Don). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
