She was predeceased by : her husband Arthur T. Sauer, Jr.; and her siblings, Francis Dove (Gloria) and Josephine Vitale (Edward). She is survived by : her children, Catherine Rende (Ken), Sarah, Kenneth (Julia), Emma, Joseph Arthur and Jeanne Samson (Ray); her grandchildren, Grace, S. Henry and Patrick; her daughter Elizabeth Bernardini (Eric); her grandchildren, Olivier, Claire (Guillaume), William and Alice; her son Arthur T. Sauer, III (Cathleen); her grandchildren, Alexandra, Andrew and Addison; her daughter Carol DiOrio (Christopher); her granddaughter Olivia; and her brother James Dove (Toni).
