He is survived by : his wife Sue Gardner Shreve; his daughters, Pamela Ann Shreve and Cynthia Shreve Richard (David Grant Richard); his grandchildren, Vrynn Pryde and Rachael Grace Richard; and his sisters, Anita Shreve Foote and Madge Shreve Newell. He is also survived by his family, friends.
