He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Guastella and Mary Guastella. He is survived by: his wife Linda Guastella; and his children, Annmarie Depre, Vincent Guastella and Marjorie Dupuis. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Deer Park - Mangano Family (1701 Deer Pk Ave, Deer Park, NY 11729).
