It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Machi of Bayside, New York, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Slovensky and Helen Slovensky; her brother-in-law Gerard Crepeau; and her nephew Matthew Slovensky. She is survived by: her husband Sal Machi; her siblings, Maureen Slovensky, Mark and Jim Slovensky; her sisters-in-law, Iris and Sue Slovensky; and her nieces and nephews, Lauren, Megan Slovensky, Patrick, Stephen and Kevin Slovensky.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 31st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the New Hyde Park Funeral Home (506 Lakeville Rd, New Hyde Park, NY 11040). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 1st 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Elizabeth's Church (175 Wolf Hill Rd, Melville, NY 11747).
