It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol C. Fudge of Beacon, New York, born in Big Flats, New York, who passed away on September 21, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, F. Monroe Clair and Beatrice Iddings Clair; her former life partner Arthur H. Jackson; her husband William E. Fudge; and her sisters, Shirley Canfield and Susan Hykin.

She is survived by : her children, Carrie Fudge of Beacon and Mark E. Jackson (Merri Lee) of North Carolina; and her granddaughter Sierra Owen (Sylas) of North Carolina. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Montour Falls Memorial Library, 406 W. Main Street, Montour Falls, NY 14865.
