Carroll, Robert Carroll (Linda), Ginny Soltish (Michael) and Laura Jean Baum (Michael); his nieces and nephews, Robert, Nathaniel, Rachel Baum, Thomas, Diana, Angelina Carroll and Vincent Basso (Liv-Michelle); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Vincent and Teigan; his nephew Christopher Soltish (Katie); his great-nephew Joseph; his great-niece Charlotte; his nephew Brian Soltish (Jennifer); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Landon, Leiana and Lawson; his nephew Michael Soltish (Loren); his great-niece Emma; his great-nephews, Mason and Everett; his nephew Andrew Soltish; his close friends, Jay Provnick and Steve Shapiro; and his pets, Melon and Midnight.
Memorial donations in memory of David may be made to either a local SPCA in honor of his love of cats or to the American Red Cross.
