He is survived by: his mother Normandy Morgan Powell of Beacon; his wife Paula Caruso-Powell of Lagrangeville; his sister Jacqueline McManus (Donald) of Watervliet, NY; his mother-in-law Theresa Caruso of Lagrangeville; his brother-in-law Michael Caruso (Grace) of Fort Myers, FL; and his nieces, Kathryn Caruso of Melbourne, FL and Lauren Caruso of Murfreesboro, TN. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and many loyal friends.
