She was predeceased by: her parents, George Zeyak and Agnes Zeyak; her daughter Debra Ann; and her siblings, Dolores Scardefield, Douglas, William and George.
She is survived by: her husband Stephen "Chip" Milkovich; her sons, Mark (Brenda) and Stephen Jr. (Cindy); her grandchildren, Chris, Kevin, Michelle, Marisa and Patrick; her great grandchildren, Brady, Rory, Charlotte, Grant and Reese; and her caregivers, April, Giovanna and Mary.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joachim Church (51 Leonard St, Beacon, NY 12508).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to either the Church of St. Joachim - St. John the Evangelist or to Hudson Valley Hospice.
