She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph W. Sullivan and Alice VanVaukenberg (Denfeld); and her siblings, John and Jean. She is survived by: her siblings, Pat (Dominican) of Joachim's Church, Dennis, James, Joseph and Judy Devine. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 9:15 AM to 10:00 AM at the Mount St. Mary College (330 Powell Ave, Newburgh, NY 12550). A prayer will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Sister Patricia's name can be made to the Development Office of the Dominican Sisters of Hope, 299 N. Highland Avenue, Ossining, NY 10562 or to the Advancement Office of Mount Saint Mary College, Newburgh, New York.
