He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Kellogg and Rena Kellogg; his wife Marcia Kellogg; and his brother Neal Kellogg. He is survived by: his children, Rena Pendleton (Kody) of Corning, Wayne Kellogg Jr. of Corning and Fred Kellogg (Bea) of Corning; his grandchildren, Greggory Pendleton and Georgie Pendleton; his cousin Terry Murphy; and his friend Louise O'Shaughnessy.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations in Wayne's memory be made to the Full Gospel Church of Catlin Center.
