He is survived by: his children, Alicia Hartman of Beaver Dams, NY and Billy Hartman, Jr. of Beaver Dams, NY; his grandchildren, Chiana Craven (Josh Wood) of Williamsport, PA and Cierra Craven of Beaver Dams, NY; his great grandchild Banks Wood; his sisters, Carol Austin (Albert) of Beaver Dams, NY and Jeanette Blake of Beaver Dams, NY; and his nephew Robert "Bub" Merril of Beaver Dams, NY..
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Beaver Dams Fire Hall (1165 Co Rte 19, Beaver Dams, NY 14812).
