He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony D'Agostino and Lucy D'Agostino. He is survived by: his wife Susan D'Agostino; his sons, Michael D'Agostino, Robert D'Agostino and Brent Turner (Joanna); his grandsons, Warren and Grant Turner; his brother Thomas D'Agostino; and his sister-in-law Shelia Coughlan. He is also survived by three loving nephews.

In the following years, we enjoyed regular (and often hilarious) lunches together in the faculty/staff lounge at the ”visual arts tech table.” He will be missed by many, and has left us far too soon.”
