He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ronald L. Lewis and Marlene A. Lewis (Shelley); his wife Jamie Lynn Kud; his children, Michelle Lewis of Pocatello, ID and Lee Lewis (Leigh) of Mechanicsville, PA; his grandchildren, Ethan, Shawn, Morgan and Lucan; his siblings, Mark Lewis of Belmont, Gary Lewis (Joan) of Mineral Springs, NC, Ross Lewis (Kylene) of Moore, SC, Lisa Jeske (Erik) of Sanford, NC, Jennifer Offhaus (Jeff) of Prattville, AL and Jessica Hand (Dana) of Belmont; his uncle Greg Shelley (Mike Feldbauer) of Belmont; the mother of his children Sue Lewis of Pocatello, ID; his grandparents, Howard, Burnice Lewis, Ross and Inez Shelley; and also Ron Lewis of Belmont.
