He was predeceased by : his parents, Millicent James (Hale) and Leland James; and his siblings, Norma Winn, Deborah James, Harry Budinger and Kenneth "Jimmy James" Budinger.
He is survived by : his siblings, Marie Belec of Florida, Patricia Johnson of Nevada, Peggy Hurler of Westfield, PA, Larry James of Olean, Terry James of Wellsville, John James, Gary James of Florida, Marvin James, Calvin James and Marvin Collins of Indiana; his niece Alicia James of Virginia; and his cousin Barb Woolston (Dan) of Belmont. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
