We are sad to announce that, on December 24, 2022, at the age of 77, Norma Bartlett (Belmont, New York), born in Wellsville, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Biancuzzo and Marie Biancuzzo (Cristini). She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, David L. Bartlett (Andrea) of West Henrietta, NY and Karen Bartlett-Morse of Auburn, NY; and her sisters, Ann McKay of Rochester, NY and Marie Vaklyes (David) of Reston, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
