With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara J. Breed of Bemus Point, New York, who passed away on September 30, 2025 at the age of 99. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara J. Breed to pay them a last tribute.
As we bid adieu to Barbara's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Barbara has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Forbes and Theodora Forbes; her husband Ronald Breed; and her grandchildren, Gabe Johnson and Laura Crandall (Breed).
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Breed (Deborah) of Youngstown, NY, Michael Breed of Greenhurst and Valerie Johnson (Blair) of Bemus Point. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bemus Point Methodist Church (4954 Bemus-Ellery Rd, Bemus Point, NY 14712).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center.
