He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Rhodes and Elsa Nordstrand Rhodes; and his siblings, Ann Rhodes Young and Cecil Rhodes. He is survived by: his wife Louise Nelson Rhodes; his nieces and nephews, Mary Nelson-Bouck (Bill), Thomas Nelson (Debbie), Kathy Nelson-Henshaw (Jim) and Robert Nelson (Mary Kalski); and his friends, Jim and Debbie.
Memorial donations may be made to the Chautauqua County Humane Society or a charity of choice.
