He was predeceased by: his father Steven L. Smyczek (Mother Maryann Spiteri) of Dunkirk, NY.; his foster father Charles W Crossley Jr.; and his brother Charles W Crossley III. He is survived by: his foster mother Kay M. Crossley; his siblings, Michelle M. Smyczek, Brian M. Smyczek, Cheryl L. Smyczek of Maine, William R. Crossley (Charity) and Miranda J. Orsted of North Carolina; his nieces and nephews, Lucas A Smyczek, James D Eastham, Alexis Frangione, Nicholas Crossley, Myah Crossley, Makenzee Smyczek and Will Crossley; his nibling Leovonni Smyczek; Alyvia Eastham.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Group Ther-Happy (103 Chautauqua Ave, Lakewood, NY 14750).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Bemus Point Volunteer Fire Dept. and Northern Chautauqua County K9 in Westfield NY.
