He is survived by: his sons, Jason Fredrick (Edward) of Jamestown and Matthew Fredrick (Ashlee) of Jamestown; his grandchildren, Andrew Staples-Fredrick, Stella Fredrick and Colton Fredrick; his brother James Fredrick; his sisters-in-law, Kathleen Walsh (Mark) and Kimberly Walsh (Bob); and his pet Zoey.
