He is survived by: his wife Delaine Jean Johns; his children, Debbie Loomis (Chris), Dawn Johnson (Mike), Kathy Whalen (Brian) and Jeff Shields; his grandchildren, Amber Tibbetts, Krysta Witherspoon, Chelsey Eggleston (Brandon), Britney Myers (Zack), Kaleigh Intihar (Chad), Taylor Whalen, Dylan Johnson (Annalise), Justin Whalen, Michael Tibbetts (Magdalynn), Hunter Shields, Kamarin Whalen, Tom Loomis and Mason Shields; his great grandchildren, Landyn, Melani, Nola, Omelia, Maleah, Jaden, Vayda, Madison, Harper and Ella; and his siblings, Patty Tenenbaum (Ellis), Dick Shields and Jerry Shields (Debbie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
