We are sad to announce that on February 10, 2024, at the age of 85, Barbara Howard of Bergen, New York, born in Albion, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, James McGee and Irene McGee (Wahl); her husband Richard Howard of Bergen; her children, Deborah Fogg (Donald), Richard Howard Jr. (Sarah) of Hopkinton, Cynthia Leffel (Dean) of Batavia, NY and J. O. "James Oliver" Howard (Karen) of Hulberton, NY; her grandchildren, D. R. Fogg, Devin Fogg, Amanda Chadsey, Joshua Howard, Daniel Neal, Matthew Neal, Abigail Regan, Racheal Howard and Benjamin Howard; her daughter Maria Rowland (Rob); and her brothers, James and Anthony "Pat" McGee. She was also cherished by children and enjoyed many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
