He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bates (Sackett); his daughters, Jennifer Bates (Scott Cratsley) and Michelle Wolfe (Robert); his grandchildren, Stephanie Wolfe (Michael McElwain), Andrew Wolfe (Samantha Morgante), Nathan Wolfe and Emma Wolfe; and his siblings-in-law, Robin Bates and Bill Schuhart. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Genesee County Animal Shelter at 3841 West Main Street Road, Batavia, NY 14020, in Frank's memory.
