He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, William Zappolo and Daniel Mulholland. He is survived by: his parents, Kelly Ashford and Robert Zappolo; his stepparents, Sharika Zappolo and Dennis Ashford; his siblings, Allison Zappolo, Charlie Zappolo and Chance Zappolo; his sister-in-law Mianna Welch; his grandmothers, Susanna Zappolo, Charlene Bradshaw and Helaine Mulholland; and his godparents, Anthony Ercolino and Brigitte Mulholland. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 26th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. (20 Hicksville Rd, Bethpage, NY 11714).
