With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Fridericke Nikas in Bethpage, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 14, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Fridericke had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Fridericke may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

She was predeceased by: her husband Aristides Nikas. She is survived by: her sister Hermine; her brother-in-law Chuck; her nieces, Joann, Karen and Lisa; her nephew Arthur; and her daughter-in-law Siobhan. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 7 & 1/2 great grandchildren.
