He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis. He is survived by: his children, Janet Uccellini (Thomas), John Amendola (Irene), Phyllis Fardella (Anthony) and Robert Amendola. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
