He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betty; his children, Alyce Dorbad (George) and Larry (Laura); his grandchildren, Erika Bentsen (Martin) and Andrew; his great grandchild Patrick Bentsen; and his sister Mary Connolly (Paul).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Arthur F. White Funeral Home (315 Conklin St, Farmingdale, NY 11735). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Martin of Tours RC Church (220 Central Ave, Bethpage, NY 11714). A burial will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at the Calverton National Cemetery.
