He was predeceased by: his parents, Duane O. Wilcox and Marvis Wilcox (Whyte). He is survived by: his wife Catherine Bottcher Wilcox; his children, Terry W. Wilcox of Wellsburg and Kelly J. Wilcox of Pine City; his siblings, Bonnie A. Mullen of Riverside, CA and David N.; and his sister-in-law Jamie Wilcox of Erin, NY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
