She was predeceased by : her parents, Maurice Alstin and Vera Van Alstin; her husband Ken Comstock; her siblings, Maurice, Clair Van Alstin, Leona and Irene Van Alstin; and her son James Kelly.

She is survived by : her daughters, Colleen Kelly, Doreen Bonomo (Timothy) and Janeen Kelly (Rae Ann Kain); her grandchildren, Tyson Kelly, Nicholas Robert and Kelly Jo-Anne Bonomo; and her close friend Sally Fazzary. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jo-Anne's name may be sent to either the American Cancer Society, or your local hospice organization.
