She was predeceased by: her husband Francis S. Lance; her parents, Mary Drimak and Andrew Drimak; and her siblings-in-law, Frank and Virginia Lance.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Eastman (Michael), Lisa Lance, Laurie Akulis (Joseph), Leslie Lance and David Lance (Katherine); her grandchildren, Alexis Eastman (Brennan Crowle), Matthew Eastman (Maggie), Nicholas Eastman, Elizabeth, Madeline, David, Michael Akulis, Ryan Lance (Shannon), Andrew, John and Michael Lance; her siblings, Edward Drimak (Joanne), Mary Jane Dranichak (Frank) and Patricia Robinson (John); and her pet Bentley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and godchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Anne's memory to St. Michael's Orthodox Church.
