He was predeceased by: his former wife H. Patricia Laskowsky. He is survived by: his wife Darlene Laskowsky; his daughter Melissa; his son-in-law Chris Confer; his son Gary; his daughter-in-law Danielle Laskowsky; his son Jay; his daughter-in-law April Hessling; his grandchildren, Gavin, Madison and Cameryn; and his sisters, Susie Zurine and Diane (Bill Tierney). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
