She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Westfall and Marie Westfall (Moran); and her siblings, Mary Louise Fogarty, Raymond, Allen, Kenneth, Jack and Thomas Westfall.
She is survived by: her husband James E. Tobin; and her children, Robert Tobin (Matilda) of Long Island, NY, Mary Beth Purce (Charles) of Binghamton, NY, Michael Tobin (Megan) of Boston, MA, James Tobin (Julie) of Hornell and Ann O'Connor (Marty) of Monroe, NY. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may contribute in her memory to St. Ann's Church of Our Lady of the Valley Parish, 31 Erie Ave., Hornell, NY 14843. Envelopes for memorial contributions will be available at the funeral home.
