He was predeceased by: his parents, Heber Belles and Evelyn Belles; his brother Fredrick; and his granddaughter Julie Osborn. He is survived by: his children, Lori Osborn and Jordan Belles; his grandchildren, Daniel, Brittany and Brandon Osborn; his great grandchildren, Victoria, Kolten and Anastasia; his siblings, Brenda Belles, Susan Taylor, Linda Briggs and Heber Belles; and his close friend Fred Kelley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
