He is survived by: his wife Hollie Levine; his children, Aidan, Brigid, Phoebe (Matt Meier) and Brendan; his stepdaughter Elana; his grandchildren, Cameron Byrnes and Madison Meier; his brothers, Kevin (Martina), Patrick (Soria), Shawn (Rose) and Edmund; his sisters-in-law, Debra Harosh and Natalie Shatkin; his friends, Sasha, Paul, Janine, Nancy, Jamie, Phyllis, Julie, Arieh, Rhonda, Merryl, Roz, Claudia, Chris, Chuck, Charlie and Justin; Karl and Rose.
