He was predeceased by: his father Harold Lee Mathews. He is survived by: his wife Ashley Mathews; his children, Cody, Anthony, Brianne, Mikayla and Brian, Jr.; his grandchildren, Shiloh, Madilynn and Daisy; his mother Princelia Mathews; and his siblings, Scott, Sherri, Shannan and Michael. He is also survived by grandparents Nana & Papa; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews cousins and special friends.
