She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Petrany and Helen Petrany. She is survived by: her children, Holly Sullivan, Joshua (Sarah Berka), Joel Berka (Sandy Kane), Katharine Berka (Joseph Marks) and Elizabeth (Troy Widden); her grandchildren, Devin Applegate, Christopher Sullivan, Ayla Marks, Triston Widden and Luka Berka; and the father of her children David Berka.
