It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Fernald (Binghamton, New York), who passed away on January 20, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Connie Blewett, Wayne Fernald Kathy Jackson and Nancy O'Hara. He is survived by: his wife Janice Fernald; his sons, Ricky Fernald (Lillian), Daniel Fernald (Chris Barnes) and Robert Fernald (Nancy); his grandchildren, Dylan Fernald and Renee Conley; his great grandchildren, Alanna Fernald, Colton and Elianna Conley; and his siblings, Linda Vitale (John), Carolyn Heath and Michael Gribbohm.
