He is survived by: his children, Chris Micalizzi, Stephen, Jo Micalizzi, Matthew Micalizzi and Winnie Betzenhauser; and his grandchildren, Antonio, Marina, Emily, Samuel and Lilly. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and close friends.
