He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo Zlock and Louise Zlock. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Zlock; his sons, Kyle Zlock and Spencer Zlock (Klarisa); his grandchildren, Sydney and Aiden Zlock; his brother Curtis Zlock; his sister-in-law Ellen Matuszak (John); his nephews, Matthew Matuszak (Jennifer), Daniel Matuszak and Henry; and his niece Clara Matuszak.
