He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Montgomery; and his uncles, Bill and Rick Nichols. He is survived by: his children, Danielle, Seth, Max, Mateya, Daniel and Cameron Montgomery; his father Fred Montgomery, Sr. (Robin); his sister Faye; his brother-in-law Dave Stout; his brothers, Fred Montgomery, Jr. (Tracy) and Rob Montgomery (Hillary); and his aunts and uncles, Penny, Mike Chaffee, Joyce Montgomery, John Montgomery, Paul Montgomery, Jim Montgomery (Marie) and Jerry Montgomery. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
